**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Technician I to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and care of our parks, facilities, and related structures and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform responsible skilled work in the repair, maintenance, and care of the City's parks, facilities, beautification areas, athletic fields, and related structures and equipment.

* Perform rough carpentry and painting in the repair, maintenance, and construction of ground structures and equipment.

* Conduct related work in Park and facility maintenance as required.

**Working Conditions**

* Work is performed under regular supervision.

* Supervision may be exercised over a small crew or unskilled helpers.

**Requirements**

* Must have the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

* Must have a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
