Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cosmetic Specialist to join our team at Forefront Dermatology. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting our cosmetic services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell cosmetic products and services to patients.
• Perform and explain cosmetic consults and treatments, ensuring that patients receive personalized and effective care.
• Provide thorough patient education and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results.
• Develop and implement plans for cosmetic service enhancements, working closely with our medical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
• Assist in the creation of advertising and promotional materials to showcase our cosmetic services.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and our medical team, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up care.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited esthetician program or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or spa setting, preferably in a cosmetic or skincare role.
• Proficiency in basic computer functions and keyboarding, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
