Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current promotions, sales, and product features.
  • Merchandise Management: Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed, restocked, and maintained in a clean and organized manner.
  • Checkout Experience: Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience for customers, handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and respectful work environment, and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
