PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking experienced construction workers for various projects throughout the Inland Empire, including Riverside and San Bernardino, CA. To be eligible, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience on construction sites in at least one of the following areas:

  • Glazier (installing, cutting, removing glass and glass substitutes)
  • Window and door installers
  • Custom home projects-working with expensive materials
  • Punchlist work (drywalling, caulking, painting)
  • Concrete masonry (block/brick masonry, forms, rebar, precast, etc.)
  • Heavy Equipment Operators
  • Pool technicians and restoration technicians
  • Framing Carpenters
  • Tile setting and flooring installations

Pay rates will vary depending on position and experience. A schedule will be provided after the interview process.

Responsibilities:
  • Moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials
  • Assisting in the building or construction of various things

  • Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
  • Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor
Qualifications:
  • MUST BE FULLY TOOLED IN YOUR TRADE
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in any construction trade
  • Experience on commercial, industrial, or residential construction sites required
  • Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience
  • Strong work ethic and safety-oriented
  • Some assignments have additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug tests
