Job Description

Sain Associates is seeking a skilled construction inspector to partner with our Infrastructure Team on a project lasting approximately 12 months. This role involves observing and documenting construction site activities, communicating with contractors and project managers, and ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure and record quantities for pay items related to materials used and work completed.
  • Complete concrete tests and deliver concrete cylinders to the testing location.
  • Accurately interpret plans and specifications to ensure project compliance.
  • Maintain all project paperwork, including daily work reports and site pictures.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of inspection experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to be on time.
  • Ability to carry and move 70 lbs.
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills with English proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Flexibility in work schedule as needed by the contractor.
