We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal ICU at UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital Main Hosp. As a NICU RN, you will provide top-notch care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Prioritize patient wellness and safety, and contribute to a culture of quality and excellence
- Participate in precepting new staff members and contributing to the growth and development of the team
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
- NRP within 6 months of hire
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
