About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end customer experience by applying a broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, local laws, financial requirements, and international compliance requirements related to customer sales contracts and product shipment.

You will act as a liaison between customers and internal organizations such as sales, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery to resolve customer inquiries. The estimated salary for this position is $20.77 - $32.45 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Resolves customer service issues for complex, multi-country, or multi-regional accounts.
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and internal organizations such as sales, manufacturing, logistics, and service delivery to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Manages and coordinates the end-to-end customer experience by applying a broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, local laws, financial requirements, and international compliance requirements related to customer sales contracts and product shipment.
