About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team in Orange County, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in Personal Injury Defense to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of litigation cases, ensuring timely resolution and optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft motions, and oversee discovery processes to support case strategy.
  • Attend depositions, court hearings, and other critical events, providing expert testimony and advocacy as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, opposing counsel, and the court to achieve successful resolutions.
Requirements
  • Member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of solid defense litigation experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong expertise in legal research, motion drafting, and discovery, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Trial experience and deposition expertise are highly desirable.
