Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth exploration of decentralized networks, focusing on consensus mechanisms, cryptographic principles, and protocol development intricacies.

Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent experience in a research role at a notable protocol.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency field, focusing on research and development.
- At least 1 year of experience working with the Rust programming language.
