MCC Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MCC Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will provide exceptional service to our members, delivering financial solutions and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

• Deliver outstanding service to internal and external members, aligning with our credit union's mission, vision, and values.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Patelco products, services, fees, policies, and procedures.
• Assist members with inquiries on accounts and loans, processing requests and notating systems of record as needed.
• Educate members on digital services enrollment, features, and benefits, and troubleshoot basic online banking and mobile errors/issues.
• Identify member needs and offer products and services that improve their financial well-being.
• Provide routine information on credit union products or services, including eligibility for membership, account types, dividend rates, and locations.
• Refer members to home loan mortgage officers or financial advisors as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on compliance training and continuous learning and development planning.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in financial institutions or contact centers.
• Ability to work flexible hours within our Hours of Operation.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.
