About This Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service/Sales Associate to join our team at Home Depot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling products that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Sell products that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Perform administrative tasks such as processing transactions and maintaining inventory levels.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
