ESL Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate ESL Teacher to join our team at Clarifi Staffing Solutions. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and empowered to learn.

• Establish and maintain behavioral guidelines that promote a productive learning atmosphere.
• Work closely with classroom teachers to integrate English language support across all subjects.
• Assess student development regularly and adjust instruction to ensure continuous language improvement.
• Design and deliver lessons aligned with school and state standards to support ELL students in their language acquisition.
• Provide personalized lessons to meet the specific needs of English Language Learner (ELL) students in one-on-one and small group settings.

• Hold a valid Illinois PEL with ESL endorsement.
• Proven experience as an ESL Teacher or in a related role.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Experience working with students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
