We are seeking a highly skilled Dietary Cook to join our team at NHS Management Services. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, as well as the facility's established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established menus and recipes
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with the Food Service Director to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a food service or culinary role
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
