LPN - Homecare - Dayshift

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in their own homes.

As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
