About the RoleAs a Freestanding Emergency Room Nurse PRN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and documentation
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee or a compact state
- Experience in emergency nursing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
