PF Miami Developers LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, providing a positive experience for our members.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products to ensure a comfortable and convenient experience for our members.
• Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager, following our Lost and Found Policy.
• Turn in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.

• Custodial experience is preferred, but not required.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
• Ability to work third shift (overnight) is mandatory.
• Honesty and a strong work ethic are required.
• Ability to solve problems independently and demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during shift.
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
