Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

As a key member of the Tekton team, the Infrastructure Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This position is responsible for overseeing and continuously improving security, safety, maintenance, inventory control, and daily operations across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Facilities, Maintenance, and Hospitality teams to ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for all employees, visitors, and callers.
  • Develop, enforce, and audit all company security and safety policies to maintain a secure and healthy workplace.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all company buildings, vehicles, and property to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate all construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Oversee all infrastructure-related spending to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Send company-wide communications related to events, operating policies, and unusual situations to keep employees informed.
  • Create an excellent experience for all employees, visitors, and callers by providing a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Requirements:

  • A high capacity for learning, a commitment to excellence, and high energy are necessary to excel in this position.
  • A background in customer service, retail, finance, hospitality, or related fields could be beneficial, but is not required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Location and Hours:
  • This is a full-time, salaried position located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
