Key Responsibilities- Safety First: Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes, adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations, as well as AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
- Propane Delivery: Fill residential and commercial bulk tanks with propane, and deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of propane to customers.
- Logistics and Operations: Manage daily delivery routes, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- CDL License: Possess a valid Class A or B CDL license.
- Endorsements: Obtain hazmat and tanker endorsements, with reimbursement provided by AmeriGas.
- Driving Record: Maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Competitive Pay: Earn a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses and commissions.
