About the Job

• Estimated Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to support a friendly, positive, and professional work environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a SNF setting.
2. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes.
3. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state where the SNF is located.
• Experience working in a SNF or similar setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in travel assignments is preferred, but not required.
