We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at Boise Centre. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our commercial kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards.
- Operate industrial-size dishwashers to ensure all kitchenware meets our high standards.
- Set up and break down dish stations for events, ensuring timely preparation and execution.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and effective teamwork in a diverse environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-temperature settings.
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification, if not already certified.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
