Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, meeting the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and developing effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- One year of experience in a psychiatric setting and/or long-term care (preferred)
- Current WV RN License
- American Heart Assoc. BLS Course
- CPI within 90 days of hire
- WV Cares Clearance
