We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in the Cath Lab to join our healthcare team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing catheterization procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the Cath Lab.
Qualifications:
- Current RN License and certifications in BLS and ACLS are required.
- Experience in at least three of the following service lines: Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology, Neurology, Vascular, Cardiology, and TAVR is essential.
- Preferred experience in four areas to enhance team capabilities.
Work Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Night Shift and Weekend on-call duties may be required.
Unit Information:
- The Cath Lab consists of three Philips labs with a total of 20 staff members.
- The team operates in a collaborative environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Equipment utilized includes Philips c-arms and Merge Vericis for hemodynamic monitoring.
Dress Code:
- Scrubs will be provided, adhering to unit guidelines and policies.
We are looking for a flexible, self-motivated individual who can take direction and work effectively within a team.
