Job Description: Senior Beauty Consultant

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairstylist who is licensed to join our dynamic team at SmartStyle by YSG. In this role, you'll provide top-notch consultations and perform a variety of hair and beauty services, ensuring every guest leaves delighted with their new look.

About Our Salon: At SmartStyle by YSG, we pride ourselves on providing affordable, quality services to over 2 million customers each year. Our supportive team environment and innovative commission structure ensure rapid clientele growth and endless opportunities for success.

Salary: Earn up to $40 per hour, or approximately $82,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality haircuts, color services, and other beauty treatments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:
  • Valid cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks and use salon software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
