We are looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Geriatrician (Internal Medicine or Family Practice) to become a vital member of our collaborative team of geriatricians and advanced practice clinicians.
The Geriatrics Division is focused on coordinated care across the healthcare continuum, utilizing a team-based model. This position offers the chance to work alongside trainees from prestigious institutions and the potential for academic appointments. Our division is engaged in innovative research initiatives, including advancements in chronic disease management, telehealth for geriatric patients, and long-term care studies in collaboration with recognized foundations. Opportunities for leadership roles, medical directorships, and quality improvement initiatives are available based on individual aspirations.

Qualifications:
- Active medical license in California and DEA registration
