About the Job- Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify areas requiring repair or maintenance.
- Discuss repairs with shop foremen or service advisors to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Communicate additional service requests to service advisors, providing clear and concise information about required repairs.
- Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foremen, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Provide labor time estimates to service advisors, ensuring accurate billing and transparent communication with customers.
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation, upholding the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid driver's license, as well as any necessary certifications or licenses to operate heavy machinery or specialized equipment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
