Position Overview:
The role involves delivering exceptional practical nursing services to all patients within the clinic environment under the supervision of a licensed Physician.

Qualifications and Credentials:
Applicants must have successfully completed an accredited practical nursing program. A valid Mississippi nursing license as a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is mandatory.

Professional Experience:
A minimum of one year of practical nursing experience is required. Familiarity with general administrative duties in a clinical setting is essential. Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques is also necessary.

Communication Skills:
Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills are advantageous and can enhance job performance.

Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, management, and external stakeholders.


Mathematical Proficiency:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals without the aid of a calculator. Familiarity with measurement units such as cups, pints, quarts, inches, feet, yards, ounces, and pounds is required. Knowledge of metric system units (length, area, volume, capacity, mass, and weight) and their U.S. equivalents is essential. Skills in calculating ratios, rates, and percentages are also necessary.

Analytical Skills:
Must possess the ability to apply objective reasoning skills when interacting with patients, visitors, and colleagues. Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities are essential.

Demonstrated capacity for reflective thinking is required to make informed decisions. Candidates should exhibit sound judgment that leads to effective interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and inference, as well as the ability to articulate the rationale behind their decisions.
