Job Title: Chef Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen personnel to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed at all times.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our culinary needs.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our food service offerings.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a related position, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
  • Experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems.
  • Excellent oral, reading, and written communication skills.
