As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Comprehensive Interventional Care Centers, you'll play a pivotal role in patient care. Your exciting duties will include preparing patients for their office visit by guiding them to the exam room and performing preliminary physical tests, including taking vital signs.

You'll educate patients by providing clear instructions and answering their questions, all while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Your proactive approach will help ensure that supplies are available, equipment is operating smoothly, and you'll take part in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance your skills.

What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Comprehensive Interventional Care Centers, you'll need a unique blend of skills and experience. You must have completed an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program and possess a minimum of three years of clinical knowledge relevant to our scope of practice.

Success in this role hinges on your attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments, as well as your proficiency in data entry with minimal errors.

You must be able to prepare and maintain records, files, reports, and correspondence while working independently in a collaborative environment.

Adherence to patient privacy standards and HiPAA guidelines is essential, along with effective verbal and written communication skills.

Your ability to process confidential information with discretion will ensure that we maintain the trust of our patients. Additionally, completion of CME compliance training and holding a current BLS certification are crucial for success in this rewarding role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Must complete an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program
  • Minimum 2 years' experience
  • Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
  • Skill in data entry with minimal errors
  • Ability to accurately prepare and Maintain records, files, reports, and correspondence
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
  • Must successfully complete CME compliance training as required by CiC.
  • BLS required
  • Must Maintain high patient privacy standards and adheres to HiPAA guidelines
  • This position requires clinical knowledge typically achieved with a minimum of 3 years' experience relevant to CiCC's scope of practice.
