We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team of skilled home health care providers at Pinnacle Home Care Inc.

About the Role

This role involves providing patient care services in home health settings under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering quality care, flexibility in scheduling, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver therapeutic exercises and patient education to enhance patient recovery and functional performance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement an effective care plan.
  • Provide adaptive device instruction and record treatment progress.
  • Communicate effectively with PTs, other team members, and clients.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for Physical Therapist Assistants and comply with CMS conditions of participation. Additionally, you should possess excellent patient care skills, flexibility in scheduling, and strong communication abilities.
