Job Summary:
Peregrine Shaker is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding residents' rights and safety.
- Clean and maintain public areas, resident apartments, and common spaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas, including resident rooms and public spaces.
- Perform all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor.
- Clean and polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and public areas.
Requirements:
- One year of related experience in a similar environment, with on-the-job training preferred.
- Able to operate cleaning equipment, such as mangles, irons, washers, dryers, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc., as required.
- Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job requirements.
