About the Job:
Covenant Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in East Tennessee. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our urology clinic, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' general condition and take vital signs and weight
- Assist providers with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments
- Administer patient medications as prescribed by the provider
- Provide basic patient care, such as orienting and instructing assigned personnel
- Maintain accurate records and communicate test results to patients in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Must be licensed as an LPN in the state of Tennessee
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
