Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating patients using nuclear medicine techniques
Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and computers
Prepare and administer radioactive materials for patient procedures
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest nuclear medicine techniques and technologies
Requirements
Requirements:
One to three years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT) or Nuclear Medicine (N)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift equipment
