  • Coordinating Raw Material Deliveries: Manage inventory and optimize production processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Effective Communication: Foster open communication with team members, management, and other departments to ensure seamless plant operations.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Undergraduate Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Supervisory Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, including team building, facilitation, mentoring, and follow-through.
  • Production Management Knowledge: Knowledge of production management in the concrete industry or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of large machine operation, construction of infrastructure, and shipping and fulfillment.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to provide direction, develop and lead a team, provide strategic direction, and inspire the team to achieve key goals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present oneself and communicate in a professional, positive, and courteous manner at all times.
  • Computer Skills: General computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and database systems.
  • Mathematical Skills: Mathematical skills and mechanical abilities to diagnose and solve problems.
  • Positive Attitude: A demonstrated pattern of positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication.
