Busser Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional service to our guests, and supporting our servers in delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up tables with the necessary mise en place, including condiments, utensils, and linens.
• Maintain a fully stocked and organized dining area, ensuring that all stations are ready for service.
• Deliver bread and water to tables, as well as assist with clearing and resetting tables between courses.
• Perform side work duties, such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment, and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and move quickly between tasks.
