Job Summary

Solucion LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Associate to join our team in Morrisville, NC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing various warehouse labor positions, including packing, assembly, inspection, and labeling.


This is a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with other team members to meet production goals. You will be required to perform manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling, and sorting tasks, as well as load materials and products into package processing equipment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform production duties in a fast-paced assembly line or environment
  • Load materials and products into package processing equipment
  • Perform manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling, and sorting tasks
  • Work closely with other team members to meet production goals
  • Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly condition and follow safety regulations
  • Perform related duties as required by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
  • Maintain the production pace of other team members
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motion using hands
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts and adapt to various weather and temperature conditions
  • Ability to engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts
