Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Provide ongoing care and education to patients, promoting health management and wellness.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient flow and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all clinical protocols and standards of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to patient recruitment and retention efforts.
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- PA/NP License to practice in WY.
- 5 years of clinical experience required.
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8am-5pm.
- Tuesday: 8am-12pm.
- $130k to $160k per year (DOE).
