Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals and support the store's sales and profit objectives.
  • Provide features and benefits of extended warranties to increase sales and create business through various methods of clienteling.
  • Develop a compelling sales presentation based on our sales training and work collaboratively with colleagues to overcome customer objections and close additional sales.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service to each and every Helzberg Diamonds' guest and participate in all areas of store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.

Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a commission environment.
  • Superior communication skills and high internal motivation.
  • Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $18.50 per hour.
