Job Summary

Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Court Monitor. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and fun environment for all park guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the park is active and safe by enforcing all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner.

  • Maintain the safety of patrons in and around the jumping surfaces and foam pits.

  • Remain alert and use all senses while court monitoring.

  • Complete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day and report any problems to the supervisor.

  • Work as a team with other court monitors during special events.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Ensure the attractions are fun and engaging for all guests.

  • Smile and interact with customers to provide a positive experience.

  • Play and engage with kids to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

  • Be courteous and explain the reasoning behind park rules when enforcing them.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

  • Completion of in-house safety training.

  • Work experience is a plus, but not required.
