Job Title: Medical Radiographer

We are seeking a skilled Medical Radiographer to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a Medical Radiographer, you will be responsible for operating fluoroscopic equipment and assisting physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
  • Assist in scrubbing diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Monitor patients during procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge of radiation protection standards and techniques
  • Operate intravenous (I.V.) and dye injector pumps
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Understand and use the McKesson PACS system
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in acute care
  • BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification and state-specific licensing
  • Vascular Interventional certificate preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
