Kyo, a leading provider of child-centric Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is seeking an experienced Behavioral Therapist Lead to join our Seattle North team.

Job Summary

This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to work with our team of clinicians, delivering comprehensive and effective treatment plans to children and teens across nine states. As a Behavioral Therapist Lead, you will be responsible for direct program implementation, staff supervision, and mentorship, as well as contributing to regional or company-wide clinical projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional who can lead our Behavioral Therapist team. Your expertise in ABA principles and practices will enable you to create customized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client. You will also provide regular training and guidance to your team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and clients. You will be comfortable utilizing advanced technology to measure outcomes and track progress, while also being able to analyze data to inform treatment decisions.

As a Behavioral Therapist Lead at Kyo, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $88,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous 401(k) matching program.

Responsibilities
  • Direct programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services
  • Supervise and mentor Behavioral Therapists
  • Conduct observations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff about client progress
  • Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff
  • Assist with regional or company-wide clinical projects
Requirements
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to drive from client to client and attend leadership meetings
Working Conditions

The role involves working in various settings, including homes, schools, and community locations. You must be able to walk, kneel, crawl, bend, stand up from the ground, and sit on the floor or in child-sized chairs for extended periods. Additionally, you may need to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The role requires manual dexterity to use computers and other electronic devices.
