Job Summary

LanceSoft is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with on-site providers to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer vaccinations and injections, including influenza, COVID, and TB tests
  • Obtain vital signs and provide emergency care in collaboration with on-site providers
  • Manage patient registration, intake, and checkout processes
  • Assist with wait room management, patient reminders, outreach calls, appointment scheduling, and sensitive exam chaperone duties
  • Prepare the clinic and waiting space for optimal patient experience
  • Deliver excellent patient-focused connections and activities
Requirements
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience
  • Previous experience administering immunizations and injections
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation experience
  • Ability to take vital signs
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (CPR and Automated External Defibrillator operation)
  • Pass FIT test and wear provided respirator mask when required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room experience
  • EPIC Electronic Medical Record experience
Licensure/Certifications
  • Full, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the United States or District of Columbia
Education
  • Graduate of a State-approved or NLNAC-accredited Practical/Vocational Nursing program
