About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Network Infrastructure Site Superintendent to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge network infrastructure solutions for large-scale IT construction projects. As a key member of our professional services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of complex network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest level of quality.

With a strong background in construction management, safety protocols, and network infrastructure, you will possess excellent project management skills, including experience with construction site management, network infrastructure site surveys, and network implementation projects. Your ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including owners, construction managers, trades, and cross-functional teams, is essential in achieving project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of network infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage construction site activities, including coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, including architecture, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring open communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering, computer science).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in professional services, IT operations, and/or technology management consulting.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale IT construction projects, including experience with network infrastructure site surveys and network implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, safety protocols, and network infrastructure technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with project coordination, administration, and budgeting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including owners, construction managers, trades, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction Training Certification.
  • Industry certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CCNA, JNCIA, CISSP, CISM.
  • Experience working with cloud-based productivity tools and collaboration platforms.
