Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager with engagement support, including SOW creation and project planning.
  • Act as the Lead Business Consultant on implementation projects across various functional areas.
  • Manage multiple client accounts to maintain full chargeability.
  • Create and maintain Best Practice Documents in the relevant functional area.
  • Identify and pursue additional consulting opportunities at client sites.
  • Provide relevant information to Managers and Account Managers as necessary.
  • Offer industry and functional expertise during discovery workshops to design, configure, test, and support the Product solution tailored to client needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing consultation and expert advice.
  • Maintain close communication with the Project Manager regarding client inquiries and issues related to the Product solution.
  • Lead the requirements gathering and design phases of projects.
  • Act as a mentor and role model for Business Consultants across various functional areas.
  • Collaborate with Managers to enhance and disseminate implementation best practices.
  • Present the Product solution to both executive and user-level audiences.
  • Support the Project Manager in securing client signoff on deliverables and milestones.
  • Engage in hands-on project implementation throughout all phases, reporting to the Project Manager.
  • Provide sales and presales support through estimation, document preparation for RFP/RFI responses, and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Assist Technical Consultants by offering business and functional guidance, reviewing, testing, and validating scripted solutions.
  • Consult with ION Product Management to share insights on industry developments to enhance ION Products.
  • Contribute to the establishment of services best practices.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Openlink Endur product implementations.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the ETRM industry or similar project environments, preferably in a consulting capacity.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
  • Willingness to work onsite at client locations.
  • 8 to 10 years of direct experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting installations in client environments.
  • 8 to 10 years of industry/systems experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas of Product configuration and industry-specific Product sets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
