Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Solutions In Home Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional one-on-one care for our clients in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing basic nursing tasks, daily assessments, administering medications, and providing continued patient education.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Private Duty Nursing in the homes of our patients
  • Monitor and administer patient's health and administer medications, treatments, and care as prescribed by physician
  • Daily Vital Signs and documentation
  • Complete daily physical exam
  • Routinely monitor risk for falls

Requirements:

  • RN (State of WA in good standing)
  • CPR (instructor-led)
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • 1-3 years of RN experience
