Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled labor and employment attorney to deliver expert counsel and representation to employers in various aspects of employment law. This includes litigation related to ERISA, workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment claims, whistleblower protections, tort claims related to work, wage and hour regulations, and FMLA issues. Our firm plays a crucial role in corporate mergers and acquisitions by reviewing employment agreements, non-compete clauses, confidentiality contracts, compliance with wage and hour laws, and employee benefit programs. Additionally, we provide guidance on legal matters concerning plant closures and workforce reductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing class and collective actions as well as wage and hour disputes.
  • Addressing litigation matters involving ERISA, workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, whistleblower claims, work-related torts, wage and hour laws, and FMLA issues.

Qualifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law.
