  • Daily care: Assist children with essential daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
  • Emotional support: Provide nurturing companionship and emotional support to create a warm, positive environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure tailored and comprehensive care for each child.
  • Safety: Ensure that children are cared for in a safe, clean, and organized environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (if applicable).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and the care team.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A calm and professional demeanor, especially in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.

In addition to competitive pay, caregivers who work a minimum of 35 hours per week and complete 90 days of employment will be eligible for health insurance benefits.
