Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in a SNF / LTC setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to work in a SNF / LTC environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments and provide treatment as directed by physical therapists.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a SNF / LTC setting.
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
