Job SummaryThe Travel LPN will provide care to residents in various GSS locations within a 150-mile radius from home address. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work effectively with professional and supportive personnel as a member of an interdisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities- Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of residents
- Contributes to the assessment of residents and administers medications or treatments as ordered
- Provides technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
