Patient Educator

Serenity Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Patient Educator to join our team in the Biltmore area office.
As a Patient Educator, you will be responsible for educating patients on treatment options, gathering and verifying patient information, and communicating with healthcare providers.
You will also provide compassionate support and assistance to patients, and assist providers with other relevant duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2+ years of full-time work experience, and experience with confidently resolving common patient or customer concerns.
You will be passionate about helping others in a patient-centric culture and be a quick learner comfortable in an innovative environment.
