Clinical Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at High Country Behavioral Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide evidence-based treatment services to produce desired results while maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, office staff, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services encompassing all aspects of patient care.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment through Feedback Informed Therapy, promoting positive outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct individual, couple, child and adolescent, and manualized group treatment sessions.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to develop expertise in eight professional practice dimensions.
  • Foster strong working relationships with Clinical Director, co-workers, office staff, and community partners.
  • Provide on-call services per HCBH rotation, adhering to established procedures when delivering services.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree in a Human-Services related field, licensed or licensable to practice therapy in Wyoming and/or Idaho; or state recognized certification in addiction. Provisional licensing accepted.
  • High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of HCBH pre-employment screening and background check.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • A valid driver's license and eligibility for HCBH insurance coverage(s).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of competent treatment, including administering clinical evaluations, treatment planning, referrals, service coordination, counseling, client education, documentation practices, and professional responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum.
  • Full-time benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance; paid holidays; generous PTO package; and Wyoming Retirement Plan (9.25% Employee/9.37% Employer).
Work Environment:

The employee is required to walk, stand, sit, and use hands frequently. Occasional stooping, crouching, or kneeling may be necessary. The employee must occasionally exert up to 25 pounds.
